HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ?
We offer 3 Days Exchange Policy.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?
We have a 3 day Exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
Perfumes are matter of choices, and everyone has a different choice, just like as clothes, so we believe that by ordering the person already knows how's the original perfume smell like, or have tried somewhere else, or have been refereed too.
Perfumes are generally non-returnable. However, we understand and respect individual preferences. If you are not satisfied with your perfume for any reason, we offer a one-time exchange at no additional cost. Please note that a shipping fee of ₹80 for the exchange process will be borne by the buyer.
To initiate the exchange Please connect us on Whatsapp - +91 9979348496 and asked for the exchange and send the product to be exchange on address received by whatsapp, and complete the transaction of shipping charge involved. In order to exchange the products please ensure it is unused and have the original packaging intact. if not found such condition, will be obliged for additional exchange charges as actual.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGE
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at +91 9979348496 and we will take care of the rest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Kindly note that we are unable to cancel any COD or prepaid orders once they have been placed. (For Prepaid Order We Will Provide Gift Card )
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are only accepted for products received in a damaged, defective, or incomplete condition. To initiate a replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
